Specifically, our services include preparing wills, planning estates, preparing advance care directives, planning for long term care, assisting clients in the formation of businesses, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate.

We draft documents to preserve assets and aid families in the intergenerational transfer of wealth. Our goal is to pre-plan so as to avoid court proceedings if at all possible.

When pre-planning is not possible, we assist in navigating the legal process necessary to effect proper solutions. When necessary, we initiate and complete the required court proceedings for guardianship, estate administration, incompetency proceedings, and court ordered sales of real property.
