What is "Elder Law"?
Legal problems that affect the elderly are growing in number as our laws and regulations become more complex. It is important for attorneys dealing with seniors to have a broad understanding of the laws that may have an impact on a given situation.

We coordinate planning for preservation and transfer of assets, physical or mental incapacity, nursing home financing, guardianships, quality of care protection, and administration and management of trusts and estates.

We invite you to contact us about ways that our elder law practice can help relieve your anxieties about the special concerns and needs of seniors.

J. Gregory Wallace and Robert E. Monroe are Members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
